Outsourcespot Zimbabwe Terms and Conditions

1.Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Outsourcespot Zimbabwe (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you (“User,” “Client,” or “Customer”) agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Overview
Outsourcespot Zimbabwe is a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Information and Communication Technology (ICT) company that offers various services to its clients. These services include but are not limited to call center operations, data entry, software development, technical support, and digital marketing.

3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the delivery of services. Any delays or errors resulting from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client are not the responsibility of Outsourcespot Zimbabwe.

4. Confidentiality
Both parties acknowledge the sensitive nature of the information shared during the course of business. Outsourcespot Zimbabwe agrees to treat all client information as confidential and will take necessary measures to safeguard it. Similarly, clients are expected to keep any proprietary information related to Outsourcespot Zimbabwe confidential.

5. Intellectual Property
Any intellectual property created during the course of providing services will be owned by the client unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Outsourcespot Zimbabwe retains the right to use anonymized and aggregated data for analytical and business improvement purposes.

6. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay the agreed-upon fees for the services provided by Outsourcespot Zimbabwe. Payment terms, methods, and schedules will be outlined in individual service agreements. Failure to make payments as per the agreed terms may result in the suspension or termination of services.

7. Termination of Services

Both parties reserve the right to terminate services with a written notice. Termination due to breach of contract, non-payment, or violation of terms will be addressed as per the terms outlined in the individual service agreement.

8. Limitation of Liability
Outsourcespot Zimbabwe shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of its services. Clients use the services at their own risk.

9. Data Protection and Privacy
Both parties agree to comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws. Outsourcespot Zimbabwe will implement reasonable security measures to protect client data, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and the services provided by Outsourcespot Zimbabwe shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe.

11. Modifications
Outsourcespot Zimbabwe reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of services after changes have been made implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
